About The Grind: How We Train
Expect 60 minutes of high-intensity work where we don't just talk about the game, we drill it. Whether we are correcting your shooting form with the BEEF concept or running cone drills to improve your vertical, you will get constant, direct feedback. If you are struggling with a defensive stance or a crossover, I will stop the session to fix it, because sloppy habits don't win matches.
How We Train
At Rack4Pro, our basketball sessions are designed for players who want to level up. We operate out of an outdoor synthetic court in Greater Noida, and every minute is accounted for. We don't believe in just playing pickup games; we believe in structured development.
The Sessions
- Fundamentals: We start with ball handling and the B.E.E.F (Balance, Eyes, Elbow, Follow-through) shooting concept. If your basics aren't solid, you won't compete.
- Conditioning: Basketball is about stamina. We use calisthenics, sprints, and speed ladder work to ensure you don't fade out in the fourth quarter.
- Tactical Play: For our intensive batches, we move into zone vs. man-to-man defense, court spacing, and offensive set plays.
Why Join Us
We train kids and teens from U-8 to U-17. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or looking to make the school team; if you are ready to show up and sweat, you fit in. Our coaches are BLS and CPR certified, so you are in safe hands while we push your limits.

- What if it rains? Since we use outdoor synthetic courts, sessions are subject to weather conditions. We adjust schedules when necessary to keep the focus on safe, effective training.
- Do I need my own kit? Your one-time registration fee includes a branded Rack4Pro dry-fit jersey and shorts, designed for the outdoor heat.
- How big are the batches? We maintain a roughly 1:15 coach-to-student ratio to ensure everyone gets enough court time and individual correction.
