- Foundational Skills: Instruction on 'Duck Walk', balancing, low center of gravity posture, and 'V-Start' technique.
- Safety Training: Mandatory instruction on safe falling to prevent injury and methods to recover balance.
- Floor Type: Practice conducted on smooth, tiled/Kota stone flooring in semi-covered school corridors.
Batch Structure
- Frequency: 60-minute sessions held 3 days a week.
- Ratio: Group training with an approximate 1:15 coach-to-student ratio.
- Pre-Session: Includes off-skate warm-up exercises like jumping jacks and stretching.
Requirements
- Gear: Student must provide personal skates, helmet, knee guards, elbow guards, and wrist guards.
- Protocol: Mandatory safety gear check performed before every session.
Competitive Speed & Rollball Training
Advanced Technical Skills
- Speed Skating: Advanced mechanics including crossovers, cornering at speed, drafting, and sprint starts.
- Rollball Specialization: Drills for basketball-on-skates including dribbling, passing, shooting, and team formations.

Athletic Conditioning
- Dryland Training: High-intensity off-skate fitness including push-ups, core workouts, and agility ladder drills.

- Safety Certification: Training supervised by coaches certified in Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) for high-intensity safety.
- Performance: Performance tracking for tournaments and lap timing analysis.

At Rack4Pro, I believe nothing comes easy in roller sports - you earn every skill through effort. My coaching isn’t about shortcuts or fancy promises. It’s about showing up, grinding, and seeing your progress, week after week.
Training: Step by Step
No matter if you’re just putting on skates for the first time or prepping for a medal, I’ve got you covered.
- Beginners: We start with the basics - balance, posture, and movement. I’ll make sure you feel steady on your feet before anything else. Expect lots of encouragement, sometimes a loud "Chalo!" or "Ek step andar aana hai!" (One step inside!) if you hesitate.
- Advanced: For those aiming high, I push you with competitive roller skating drills, spins, jumps, and speed training. I’ll be there shouting "Shabash!" (Well done) when you nail those tough moves.
Rollball Training
If you want to try something different, I offer Rollball team training - think basketball but on skates. We cover dribbling, maneuvering, and game tactics. It’s intense and super fun.
Beyond Skating
I’m not just here to build skaters. My focus is on discipline, confidence, and sportsmanship. Winning medals is great, but seeing you grow as a person is even better.
Safety Always
No negotiation here - helmet, knee pads, elbow pads every session. Your safety comes first, period.

My Story
Hum Rack4Pro hain. Shuru kiya tha 2018 mein, bas ek sapna tha - har bachha, har insaan, sports ki training le sake yahan Greater Noida mein. Medals toh milte hi hain, par asli maza hai jab bachhe discipline, confidence, aur junoon leke bade hote hain. Free self-defense classes shuru ki thi ladies ke liye, kyunki koi bhi unsafe feel na kare - yahi hamara junoon hai. Hum sirf athletes nahi, ache insaan banana chahte hain.
