Why I Coach Table Tennis
I started The Reflex Arc to help you actually level up. I don’t believe in shortcuts or fancy talk - just focus, hard work, and a lot of playing. If you want to be consistent and sharp, you gotta commit. I’m here for anyone who loves this sport, whether you’re a total beginner, a kid, an adult or someone eyeing a professional career.
My Style
I keep it practical. We begin with basics - forehand, backhand, proper ball rotation, and stroke technique. I’ll say it straight: dhyan de (pay attention), ball dekh! (watch the ball) or you’ll miss the improvement. Advanced multiball training happens every Wednesday, where your consistency and control get pushed hard. Mondays are pure leg drills to make sure your footwork is solid.

- Doubles and off-site coaching - we can come to your office or society around Navi Mumbai.
Facilities & Para Support
Our academy is at Bhoir Sports Complex, New Panvel - you get international tables, a robot for drills, and an indoor hall with pro flooring. I also work with para-athletes, having coached at the international level. For para-athlete table tennis support, we make sure everyone gets the right guidance.

My Story
We’re The Reflex Arc, started by me, Akshar Bhati, out of pure love for table tennis and making champs in Navi Mumbai. I’m all about straight talk – 'pair barabar rakh, control mein rakh' (keep your feet steady, keep control). We coach everyone, from tiny tots to adults, and I’m super proud of our para-athletes, like Pramod Kumar, who plays with crutches. Small details matter – watch the ball, feel the grip, transfer your weight. Seeing my students win, that’s my real kick. Har har mahadev.
