Most people look at the scoreboard, but I look at the training block that made that performance possible. My athletes don’t just train hard; they train smart. Whether it’s hitting peak power for batting or managing fatigue to ensure a zero-injury season, every session is tracked and periodized. When you see a debut or a trophy, you’re seeing the outcome of months of methodical, science-backed preparation.

High performance in cricket is a game of marginal gains. In my sessions, we don't guess; we calculate. My athletes—from U-19 to national team players—follow a roadmap designed around the cricket calendar.

My philosophy is simple: 'Na auron se kam, na auron se shreshth... bas khud se behtar.' We aren't competing with the player next to you; we are competing with your own potential.

The Science of the Grind

  • Biomechanical Analysis: We use video analysis to identify energy leaks in your running gait or bowling action. If your stride length is off, you're losing speed.
  • Load Management: A player in the treatment room can't score runs. We monitor your acute vs. chronic workload ratios to ensure you are ready for the season without burnout.
  • Cricket-Specific Strength: We move beyond basic gym routines. We focus on rotational power for bat speed, posterior chain strength for stability, and agility drills to shave milliseconds off your fielding reaction time.
