Look, the food industry isn't just about glossy photos. Sometimes an order gets canceled, and instead of throwing it out, my team and I sit down and eat it ourselves. Why? Because we genuinely love the meals we serve and hate the idea of waste. It is that same level of care that goes into every bowl—whether it is the macros we track or the fresh ingredients we source for our Galleria Market kitchen.
Opening a cafe in Gurgaon’s Galleria Market wasn't just a business move. It was a three-month-long drama of cleaning, permits, and furniture shopping in Delhi. I wanted to build something where 'healthy' didn't mean eating boring, tasteless food. Every dish on our menu, from the paneer burrito bowls to our ragi uttapam, is my way of balancing the carb-heavy Indian diet with proper protein.
We operate an FSSAI-approved kitchen where 'fresh' isn't a marketing slogan; it is our workflow. Nothing is pre-cooked. We use olive oil instead of refined oil and swap refined sugar for dates and jaggery because I wouldn't serve anything to your family that I wouldn't eat myself.
