My Story
Arre bhai, our journey has been total madness. Teen mahine se Gurgaon ki har market mein chakkar kaate, finally landed our spot in Galleria. From cloud kitchen to Galleria, it was just cleaning, paperwork, furniture ke liye Dilli jana - pura drama! Partition todna, paint chunna, staff sambhalna... sab kuch ek dum jugad se. Stress toh hai, but we laugh, pray for less tension, and just keep serving good food. Community banane ka asli maza hai.
