About Behind the Scenes: Our Kitchen & Team
It is 5:30 AM in Okhla, and the kitchen is already running. While most of the city is asleep, we are busy chopping, cooking, and portioning meals for the day ahead. You won't find artificial preservatives or short-cuts here because we know that the ingredients we pack at dawn are what you will rely on for your energy during the day.
