Car Trunk Surprise Decor
Core Decoration
- Balloon Arrangement: Density filling of the car trunk (approx. 50 to 80 balloons) using a mix of Metallic and Chrome finish latex balloons.
- Bunting: Standard cardstock or foil banner (e.g. Happy Birthday) hung across the back seat.
- Lighting: 2 to 3 strands of warm white LED fairy lights (battery operated) woven through the balloons.
Themed Accents
- Foil Balloons: Inclusion of 2 to 3 themed foil balloons (Hearts, Stars, or Bottle shape).
- Ribbons: Curling ribbons hanging from the boot door.
- Note: Balloons are air filled and will not float away when the trunk opens.
Romantic Cabana & Room Decor
Cabana Setup
- Canopy Tent: A pyramid style tent structure created over the bed or on the floor using sheer white net fabric.
- Lighting: Heavy usage of LED fairy lights draped over the tent fabric.
Room Ambient Decor
- Ceiling Balloons: 40 to 50 Metallic balloons attached to the ceiling with removable soft tape (creating a floating effect without helium).
- Floor Decor: 40 to 50 loose balloons scattered on the floor.
- Floral Touch: Approx. 500g to 1kg of fresh rose petals arranged in a heart shape or pathway.
- Foil Balloons: Generic script foil words or letters (16 inch size).

Backdrop Structure
- Ring Frame: 6x6 ft circular metal stand (Rental).
- Balloon Garland: Organic style arrangement (clusters of varying sizes) covering 60 to 70% of the ring.

- Foliage: Artificial vines or eucalyptus leaves inserted into the balloon garland.
Props & Lighting
- Neon Sign: Rental of one standard generic neon sign (e.g. Happy Birthday, Oh Baby). Custom names are not included.
- Cake Display: One cylindrical plinth (metal or white PVC) for placing the cake.
- Carpet: Basic floor mat or rug placed near the setup area.
Luxury Shimmer Wall or Themed Backdrop
Grand Backdrop (Choose One)
- Option A: 8ft x 8ft Shimmer/Sequin Wall (Gold, Silver, Black, or Iridescent) on a heavy truss stand.
- Option B: Custom printed Flex Backdrop stretched over a round or square frame.
Props & High Value Inclusions
- Marquee Numbers: Rental of LED Light up Numbers (approx. 3 to 4ft height) denoting age.
- Balloon Arch: Heavy, L shaped or semi circle organic balloon arch bordering the backdrop (approx. 400 balloons).
- Themed Cutouts: 2 to 3 Sunboard cutouts (approx. 3ft height) matching the theme (available with Option B).
- Cake Pedestals: Set of 3 cylindrical pedestals for cake and dessert display.

Namaste! We’re Premier Events, and honestly, we get a kick out of turning plain spaces into party magic. Balloons, lights, crazy ideas – that’s our jam. Started out just wanting to make people’s big moments pop, like surprise birthdays or that ‘Marry Me’ proposal. You show us a Pinterest pic, we’ll try our best to make it real.
