Balloon Configuration
- Ceiling Decor: 40 to 50 Metallic or Pastel Latex balloons attached to the ceiling using removable tape with dangling ribbons. (Note: Air-filled, not helium).
- Floor Scatter: 20 to 30 loose air-filled balloons placed on the floor.
- Bed/Wall Accents: Small bunches of 3-4 balloons for bed corners or curtain rods.
Foils & Banners
- Main Banner: One standard 'Happy Birthday' or 'Happy Anniversary' foil banner (16-inch letters).
- Themed Foils: 2 to 3 accent foil balloons (Stars, Hearts, or basic shapes).
Logistics
- Setup Time: 45-60 minutes.
- Staff: 1 Decorator.
- Options: Choice of up to 2 colors.
Circular Ring Backdrop & Neon
Rental Structure & Props
- Backdrop Frame: 6ft x 6ft circular metal ring stand (Gold/White/Black).
- Neon Signage: Standard acrylic neon light (e.g., 'Happy Birthday', 'Oh Baby'). Custom names are not included.
- Cake Display: One cylinder plinth or wireframe table.
Decor Styling
- Garland: Semi-organic balloon arch covering 60-70% of the ring.
- Balloon Count: Approximately 200+ balloons including Chrome, Pastel, and Confetti types.
- Accents: Artificial floral bunches and 1-2 large theme-specific foil motifs.
Service Details
- Duration: Setup requires 1.5 to 2 hours on-site.
- Retrieval: Rental items (Ring, Neon, Table) are collected the following day. Balloons are yours to keep.

- Shimmer Wall: 8ft x 8ft active sequin panel wall (Gold, Silver, Black, or Iridescent).
- Flooring: Artificial grass turf or red carpet strip placed in front of the backdrop.
Lights & Props
- Marquee Number: One LED-lit number (approx. 3ft-4ft height) representing age. Additional digits charged separately.
- Lighting: 1-2 LED Par cans (uplights) to illuminate the sequins.
- Plinths: Set of 3 cylindrical cake pedestals.
Premium Balloon Decor
- Styling: Dense L-Shape or Inverted J-Shape garland framing the wall.
- Volume: 400+ balloons using varied sizes for a lush finish.
- Extras: Up to 3 themed foam-board cutouts.

- Space: Requires a clear wall space of at least 10 feet wide.
- Setup: 2.5 to 3 hours required.
