Ring Backdrop & Neon Setup

Structure & Lighting

Backdrop: 6x6 ft circular metal ring stand (rental item).
Garland: Organic-style arrangement covering 60-70% of the ring circumference using ~200 balloons (mix of 5", 10", 12" sizes).
Signage: 1 Generic "Happy Birthday" or "Anniversary" Neon LED sign suspended in the center.

Props & Details

Cake Display: 1 Cylinder pedestal or wire-frame table placed in front of the ring.
