Standard Room Balloon Decor
Configuration
- Balloon Count: Approximately 150 to 200 Latex balloons (Standard Metallic or Pastel).
- Ceiling Decor: 40-50 air-filled balloons attached to the ceiling using tape with long curling ribbons (creates a floating effect without helium).
- Wall Setup: 4 to 6 flower-shaped balloon bunches taped to walls or curtains.
- Floor: Remaining balloons left loose on the floor.
Foil Elements
- Text: 1 Set of 16-inch foil letter balloons (Happy Birthday / Anniversary / Welcome Baby).
- Accents: 2-4 Small shaped foil balloons (Stars/Hearts) or 1 Character foil.
Execution
- Staff: 1 Decorator.
- Duration: 60-90 minutes setup time.
- Note: All balloons are air-filled (no helium). Uses standard masking/cello tape on walls.
Romantic Cabana & Rose Decor
Cabana & Lighting
- Structure: A tent-like canopy created using sheer net fabric (White/Red/Pink) draped over the bed or a seating area.
- Illumination: 4-6 strings of warm white LED fairy lights intertwined with the fabric.
- Signage: 1 Neon Light sign (Love / Happy Birthday) OR large foil text.
Floral & Balloon Work
- Rose Petals: ~1 kg of fresh rose petals used for a pathway from the door and a heart/message on the bed.
- Balloons: 50-70 mixed balloons (Red/White/Gold) including Heart-shaped foils and latex balloons scattered on floor/ceiling.
Logistics
- Duration: 2 to 2.5 hours setup time.
- Rentals: Provider collects rental lights and neon signs the next day.

Backdrop Setup
- Frame: 6ft diameter Metal Ring OR 6x6ft Sequin/Shimmer wall panel.
- Garland: Dense, organic-style balloon arch covering 50-70% of the frame using Chrome (shiny), Pastel, and Confetti balloons.
- Theme: Customized to event theme (e.g., Jungle, Unicorn, Avengers).
Props & Furniture
- Cutouts: 2-3 Sunboard character cutouts or themed decorative elements.
- Lights: 1 Neon signage and 1 LED Marquee Number (approx 2ft height).
- Display: 1-3 Cylinder Pedestals for cake placement.

- Transport: Includes delivery and removal of heavy props (Ring, Cylinders).

I’m all about turning your party space into something that feels special without making it too complicated. Most of my work is with balloons - they’re quick, colourful, and always get a smile. Whether you want a simple living room transformation or a full-on themed bash, I’ve probably done it before.
What I Do Most
- Kids birthday parties with all the trending themes - superheroes, unicorns, Cocomelon, you name it. I use character cutouts and props so your kid gets that wow moment.
- Adults’ milestone birthdays, where things look a bit more classy. Think gold-white combos, neon ‘Happy Birthday’ signs, and those giant light-up numbers everyone loves.
- Romantic anniversary room setups - heart balloons, rose petals, fairy lights, and cozy canopies for that couple vibe.
- Welcome baby home decorations or baby shower setups, usually with pink-blue themes or something fun like ‘Boss Baby’.

We’re from Greater Noida, but we run around Noida, Ghaziabad, Delhi NCR - wherever you need. Our thing is making your special day look happy. You say what you want, we’ll figure out the rest. Simple.
