Structure & Florals
- Backdrop Frame: Adjustable structure (6x6 ft or 8x8 ft) fits standard indoor heights.
- Draping: Gathered georgette or satin fabric in White, Cream, or Marigold Orange.
- Floral Runners: Heavy runners on top header and sides using 80% premium silk artificial flowers and 20% fresh marigold or jasmine strings.
Props & Lighting
- Lights: Warm-white fairy light curtains behind drapes plus 4 to 6 hanging Edison bulbs or glass terrariums.
- Brass Elements: One central brass Urli with water and fresh petals, plus two low-height brass or wooden stands.
- Seating: Low bench or mattress setup with rug and ethnic cushions for 2 people.
Logistics
- Transport & Install: Includes prop transport within city limits, extension boards, and taping.
- Time: Setup duration is approximately 2 to 3 hours.
Themed Birthday Decor (Kid or Adult)
Backdrop & Balloons
- Display: 8x8 ft backdrop setup. Choice of printed flex on wooden frame, shimmer sequin wall, or fabric drape.
- Balloon Arch: L-shaped or semi-arch organic garland using 500+ balloons (Mix of pastel matte, metallic chrome, and confetti).
- Themed Props: 3 to 4 sunboard character cutouts (3ft to 4ft height) customized to theme (e.g., Animals, Space elements).
Stage Elements
- Cake Display: Set of 3 metal or acrylic cylindrical pedestals in varying heights.
- Signage: One customized welcome board on wooden easel and one LED Neon sign (Rental) for backdrop.
- Lighting: 2 LED par cans for stage illumination.
Setup
- Flooring: Basic carpet masking for stage area up to 10x10 ft.

Entrance & Walkway

- Welcome Display: Customized welcome board on easel and one designated photobooth spot (e.g., floral ring or shimmer wall).
Dining Setup
- Seating: 50 Tiffany or Chiavari chairs (Gold/Silver) with tie-back bows or cushions.
- Tables: 6 to 8 round tables (5ft diameter) with Jacquard or Satin linens and overlays.

Stage & Ambiance
