Metal Ring & Neon Light Setup
Structure & Decor
1 Metal Ring Stand (6ft to 7ft diameter) featuring a half-arch arrangement of 150-200 latex balloons. Balloon selection includes a mix of Metallic, Pastel, or Chrome tailored to the theme, plus 5-10 small foil balloons (Stars or Hearts).
Props & Lighting
Includes one rental Neon light sign with generic text (Happy Birthday, Happy Anniversary, or Oh Baby). Setup comes with basic LED par uplighting and 3 cylindrical cake stands or 1 standard rectangular table with fabric drape.
2D Printed Themed Flex Backdrop
Backdrop & Theme
8x8ft iron truss stand with a high-quality stretched printed flex banner (Themes: Jungle Safari, Cocomelon, Unicorn, etc.). Note that this is a 2D printed surface, not a 3D fabricated backdrop.
Character Elements
3-5 sunboard cutouts of theme characters (2ft to 3ft height) placed on the backdrop or floor, accompanied by large matching foil balloons.
Balloon Artistry
L-shaped or full arch garland (300-400 balloons) running along two sides. Includes artificial leaves for Jungle themes or butterflies/stars for Fantasy themes.
Essentials
1-2 LED focus lights, theme-matching cake table cylinders, and a carpet or artificial grass rug under the cake area.
Shimmer Sequin Wall & Marquee Numbers
Shimmer Wall
6x6ft to 8x8ft Sequin Panel Wall (Gold, Silver, Black, or Iridescent) featuring active panels that shimmer with air movement.
Marquee Numbers & Signs
1 or 2 large bulb-style LED Marquee numbers (3-4ft tall) denoting age. Includes a generic Neon sign (Better Together or Let's Party) hung over the sequins.
Premium Balloons
Heavy volume organic balloon garland using a Chrome and Metallic mix draped over one side. Includes 2-3 large spherical Orb foil balloons for a premium finish.
Bedroom Cabana & Ceiling Decor
Cabana Structure
1 Canopy/Tent setup using PVC pipes or bamboo (approx. 6ft height), draped with sheer white net curtains and fairy lights.
Ceiling Decor
40-60 air-filled balloons attached to the ceiling using masking tape or glue dots. Note: These are not helium balloons; they rely on hanging ribbons to simulate a floating effect.
Bed & Floor Setup
500g to 1kg of fresh Rose Petals arranged in a heart shape or pathway. Includes 15-20 battery-operated LED tea-light candles and foil message balloons (Love/Anniversary) taped to the wall or headboard.

Balloons For Happiness is basically my family’s kaam (work) - I run it but, honestly, my baapu (dad) is the real boss. We’re all about making your private party or celebration pop, and Delhi NCR is home turf.
Birthday Party Decor: Kids, Teens, Adults
Birthdays are our jam. From the first birthday to the 60th, we handle it. Themes like Jungle Safari, Cocomelon, Peppa Pig, superheroes, Barbie, and Mickey Mouse? Sab kuch milta hai (You get everything). For milestone birthday decorations - think big numbers, classy backdrops, or even a full-on card party vibe for Diwali.
Anniversaries & Romantic Setups
Want to surprise your partner? We do romantic anniversary setup for rooms, terraces, even party halls. Expect heart balloons, rose petals, fairy lights, and neon signs like “Better Together”. We keep it cozy, not OTT.
Make It Personal
You pick the theme, we bring it to life. Mix and match shiny sequin walls, grass backdrops, foil curtains, custom LED marquee numbers, and balloon arches. If you want your name in lights, we do that too.
How We Roll

My Story
Ye apni company hai mere bhai. I'm just the manager, my baapu is the real boss. We started Balloon Decoration because we love seeing people happy at their celebrations. Har celebration ko yaadgaar banana, that’s our thing. From first birthdays to anniversaries, we work as a family, making sure aapka event ekdam perfect ho.
