- Quantity: 100 to 120 standard latex balloons.
- Placement: Ceiling balloons attached with removable soft-tape and loose balloons scattered on the floor.
- Colors: Selection of 2 standard colors (e.g., Red and White).
Foil Elements
- Banner: 1 standard 'Happy Birthday' or 'Happy Anniversary' foil text banner (16-inch).
- Accents: 2-3 small Heart or Star shaped foil balloons (18-inch) for wall or bed highlights.

- Staff: 1 Decorator.
