Romantic Room Surprise Setup
Core Decor Elements
- Ceiling Decor: 50 to 70 Metallic or Pastel Latex balloons attached to the ceiling. Note: These are air filled and attached using glue dots or tape to create a faux floating look.
- Foil Accents: 1 set of 16 inch foil letters (Happy Birthday, Welcome, or I Love You) plus 2 to 3 Heart or Star shaped foils.
- Atmosphere: 2 to 3 strings of warm white LED fairy lights draped around the headboard or arranged as a canopy.
Romantic Add ons
- Floral Work: Approx. 400g of fresh rose petals arranged in a heart shape on the bed or a floor walkway.
- Floor Decor: 15 to 20 loose air filled balloons scattered on the floor for added volume.
- Execution: Professional setup taking approx. 90 minutes using removable tape to minimize wall marks.

Neon party lighting is also in my toolkit, along with fairy lights and big marquee numbers. For that Insta-worthy snap, I use themed birthday backdrops - shimmer walls, printed scenes, and elegant drapes.
