Standard Room Surprise Decor
Primary Decor
- Ceiling Setup: 40 to 50 metallic or pastel balloons attached to the ceiling using removable glue dots. Includes hanging curling ribbons. Note: Air filled balloons only.
- Floor Setup: 30 to 40 loose air filled balloons scattered to fill the floor volume.
- Wall Focal Point: One standard Happy Birthday foil banner (Gold, Silver, or Rose Gold) or cardstock bunting taped to the main wall.
Details
- Accents: Includes 2 to 4 small 18 inch foil star or heart balloons integrated into the setup.
- Duration: Setup time is approximately 45 to 60 minutes.
- Note: This service implies wall and ceiling decoration only. It does not include backdrops, ring stands, or free standing structures.
Romantic Cabana Canopy Setup
Structure & Lights
- Cabana Tent: A white sheer net or fabric canopy created either over a bed or as a floor seated tent structure (approx 6ft height).
- Mood Lighting: Extensive use of LED warm white fairy lights draped over the net and around the base.
Decor Elements
- Floral Work: Approximately 500g of fresh rose petals used to create a heart shape on the bed or floor and scattered pathways.
- Balloons: 40 to 50 Red and Gold metallic balloons arranged in bunches and floor scatter.
- Message: 16 inch foil letter balloons spelling I LOVE YOU or HAPPY BIRTHDAY.
- Heart Foils: 5 to 10 Heart shaped red foil balloons included in the bouquets.
Ring Backdrop with Neon Sign

- Frame: A 6x6 ft circular metal frame backdrop.
- Balloon Garland: Organic style arrangement covering 60 to 70% of the ring rim, using approx 200 to 250 mixed size balloons (5, 10, and 12 inch).

- Cake Pedestals: Set of 3 cylindrical plinths (white or wireframe) for placing cake and desserts.
- Numbers: Includes one LED Marquee Number or a large Foil Number balloon tower indicating age.

- Custom Backdrop: Large 8x8 ft high quality flex print customized with child's name, age, and chosen theme graphics (e.g. Jungle, Space, Avengers).
- Heavy Balloon Arch: A full L Shape or Inverted U balloon garland framing the backdrop, utilizing 300+ balloons including themed foils.
Themed Props
- Character Cutouts: 3 to 5 Sunboard or Foam board cutouts of theme characters (approx 2ft to 4ft height) placed around the cake table.
- Themed Plinths: Cylinder cake tables wrapped in themed stickers or fabric to match the backdrop.
Extras
- Lighting: 2 LED Par can uplighters to wash the backdrop in color.
- Entrance: A themed welcome easel stand with a personalized message.
- Carpet: Basic artificial grass mat or red carpet runner in front of the backdrop (8x4 ft).
