Team & Logistics

Instructors: 2 Instructors (Male + Female) to cover the stage and maintain energy levels.
Music: Curated upbeat playlist (Bollywood + Pop) aimed at mass appeal.
Attire: Instructors perform in smart-casual or athletic wear; moves are modified to suit employees in office casuals or sports gear.

Client Requirements

Audio: PA system or Speakers with Aux/Bluetooth connectivity.
Stage: Raised platform (minimum 8x6 ft) to ensure visibility for back rows.
Visuals: Optional LED screen connection if background graphics are needed.

Interactive Team Building Workshop

Workshop Structure

Duration: 60 to 90 minutes.
Options: Choose between Dance Fitness (Zumba/Aerobic style) OR Choreography Workshop (Learning a routine to a trending song).
Wellness Focus: Includes a dedicated 5-minute warm-up and 5-minute cool-down/stretch to prevent injuries.

I’ve run office wellness dance sessions for big companies like L&T and even kicked off family sports days with warm-ups that get everyone (yep, even the shy ones) grooving.

My Story

Hey, we’re New Tribe Events. Started small, just me and a dream, and honestly, folks didn’t really think dance could be a real career. But I stuck to it. 2023 was wild – my sister’s wedding, our company finally official! Some thought we’d disappeared (thanks, Instagram break), but nah, we kept moving. Family’s my anchor, always in my reels. Turning 20 hit different, but I’m grateful for every step, every dance, every crazy moment.
