• Every group is different, so I tweak each session to fit what your company needs. Quick pick-me-ups or a full team building dance workshop, both work.
• I’ve run office wellness dance sessions for big companies like L&T and even kicked off family sports days with warm-ups that get everyone (yep, even the shy ones) grooving.

How We Roll

• I’ll come with my co-instructor Tanush (and sometimes others), wherever your team is—office, auditorium, park, you name it.
