I bring the fun side of dance straight to the office. For me, it’s never been about nailing every step or drowning in technical gyaan (theory). It’s about that boost of energy, real laughter, and getting everyone to loosen up together.

What My Sessions Are Like

• Forget those typical icebreakers. My team and I focus on fun, high-energy dance sessions that actually get people talking and moving.
• Perfect for when your team needs a break from screens, some genuine morale boosting, or just something different to bond over.
• I mix up easy, party-like moves and good music—no dance experience needed, just a willingness to join in.

Custom Vibes for Every Team

• Every group is different, so I tweak each session to fit what your company needs. Quick pick-me-ups or a full team building dance workshop, both work.
• I’ve run office wellness dance sessions for big companies like L&T and even kicked off family sports days with warm-ups that get everyone (yep, even the shy ones) grooving.

How We Roll

• I’ll come with my co-instructor Tanush (and sometimes others), wherever your team is—office, auditorium, park, you name it.
