Monthly DanceFit Access
Session Details
- Frequency: 5 sessions per week (Monday to Friday).
- Structure: Hybrid format with 40-45 minutes of high-intensity Bollywood Cardio and 15-20 minutes of Pilates/Strength work.
- Timing: Fixed evening batch slots.
Facility Specs
- Location: Air-conditioned boutique studio in Sector 41, Noida.
- Flooring: Standard tiled flooring (cushioned training shoes are mandatory).
- Amenities: Changing area, water station, and studio mats provided for floor work.
Instruction
- Trainer: Classes led by a Shiamak Davar Alumnus.
- Safety: Movement cues based on physiotherapy principles for posture correction.
Quarterly Membership & Physio Screen
Membership Scope
- Validity: Full access for 3 consecutive months (approx. 60 sessions).
- Savings: Lower effective monthly rate compared to the standard monthly plan.
Medical Value-Add
- Consultation: Includes one posture and fitness screening with the co-founder (Physiotherapist).
- Assessment: Identification of weak areas or injury risks before heavy training.
Standard Access
- Facilities: Full use of AC studio, sound system, and mats.
- Community: Priority access to special studio events and festive jams.
Single Trial Session
Session Specifics
- Access: Entry to one scheduled group class (subject to slot availability).
- Duration: 60 minutes.
- Format: Participation in the daily Bollywood Cardio and Functional Fitness routine.

Movement is Medicine is more than just a slogan for me - it’s how I live. I fuse dance and fitness so you can move, sweat, and genuinely enjoy yourself, all while improving your wellness. It’s not about nailing every step, it’s about catching the vibe.
What To Expect
Every class feels like a cardio dance party - you’ll groove to Bollywood, Bhangra, Punjabi hits, and sometimes toss in Garba or Bolly-Hop if the mood strikes. I’m always switching up the playlist, so Diljit or a trending Bollywood number will definitely show up.
I mix in strength-building dance routines and sometimes we hit the mat for quick core or flexibility work, inspired by Pilates. You get a full-body workout without it feeling like a grind.
Who Can Join
- Absolute beginners are always welcome (even if you think you have two left feet).
- Ladies-only batches for those looking for a comfortable group.
- Special dance sessions just for kids - my 'fav kidos'.
- Open adult batches for all levels.
How I Teach
With 10+ years teaching, I break things down step by step, mixing Hindi-Eng instructions (one two three four left... chalo, try karo!). My classes are all about energy and masti (having fun) - sometimes we mess up, sometimes we nail it, but we always end up smiling.

Hey, we’re MotionRx, born from my (Praveen’s) love for dance and Sakshi’s passion for wellness. From endless cups of chai, samosas, and messy studio paint days, we built a place in Noida that feels like home. Dance is my adventure—sometimes Noida, sometimes Manali!
