What My Classes Feel Like
I’m Niraj, and my Bollywood dance classes are more like a party than a workout. You step in, leave your worries at the door, and we just dance it out. I believe in bindaas vibes, full-on masti, and zero judgment. You’ll see everyone laughing, sweating, and absolutely letting loose.
The Moves & Music
We groove to everything - latest Bollywood chartbusters, those 90s and 2000s hits, iconic movie numbers, and fusion tracks with punjabi tadka (Punjabi flavour) or South Indian beats. Sometimes, I mix in a bit of Belly Dance or folk moves just to keep it interesting. Most of the time, it’s a group Bollywood choreography, so you’ll always have company on the dance floor.
Fitness That Doesn’t Feel Like Exercise
Forget boring gyms. This is a proper Bollywood dance workout - full-body cardio, lots of movement, and pure celebration. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, confident, and smiling. Being a Bihari, I bring that raw energy and desi swag to every session.
