These advanced sessions are for dancers who want to move beyond the hook steps. Whether you have trained for years or are just looking to challenge yourself with more complex routines, my advanced choreography classes focus on technical growth.

We blend elements of Bolly-Hop, contemporary dance, and classic Bollywood, focusing heavily on:

• Performance Quality: Learning how to project energy and facial expressions that match the intensity of the track.
• Synchronization: Understanding timing, musicality, and how to stay perfectly in sync, whether you are dancing solo or in a group.
• Fluidity: Developing cleaner lines and smoother transitions between moves, drawing from my background as a Shiamak Davar alumnus.

Being based in Sector 41, Noida, our studio provides the space to really open up your movement. I believe that advanced dancing should not just look good, but feel good. Even in these complex routines, I integrate my physiotherapy training to ensure that while you are hitting those sharp moves, you are maintaining the right posture and protecting your joints.
