About High-Energy Bhangra & Punjabi Grooves

You do not need to be a pro to join these sessions. I break down every move step-by-step, mixing traditional Bhangra with hip-hop beats so you catch the rhythm quickly. We focus on high-energy cardio that hits the spot without feeling like a gym grind, making it just pure fun and sweat.

Music drives everything at my studio in Sector 41, Noida. Whether it is a chart-topper from Diljit Dosanjh or a smooth track by Shubh, the energy is electric. I focus on a Bhangra-hop fusion, taking the heavy, grounded steps of traditional Bhangra and blending them with modern hip-hop elements. It makes for an intense 45-minute cardio workout that barely feels like exercise.

What to Expect in Class

We do not just dance; we sweat with purpose. The first part of the session is pure high-energy cardio. You will work your core, improve your stamina, and get your heart rate up. The second half often slows down slightly to focus on functional strength using Pilates-inspired moves, ensuring you leave feeling both energized and strong.
