My Journey: Integrating Kinesiology and Sports Science
From academic research at York University to training varsity athletes, my coaching is built on rigorous evidence-based movement science. Here is the path that shaped my training philosophy.
A proud moment being recognized as the Personal Trainer of the Year at York University. This award reflects my dedication to the science of training and my passion for helping people achieve their goals.
Graduation day at York University with my parents and one of my mentors. My decision to study abroad was validated by the incredible education and experiences I gained, which now form the foundation of my coaching.

About this collection
When I analyze your movement, I am not looking at a generic textbook. I am applying the same osteopathic principles and biomechanical assessments I developed while working with varsity hockey athletes in Canada. Every correction I provide for your squat or jump mechanics is rooted in that rigorous, data-driven background.
My journey started with a decision to leave India and pursue a 4-year Kinesiology and Osteopathy program at York University. While most people see the 'Personal Trainer of the Year' award, the real value lies in what happened before that recognition. In a massive academic environment, I had to balance a full-time job with two degrees, which forced me to be hyper-efficient with time and learning.
This experience wasn't just about passing exams; it was about the hands-on application of science. Working with varsity athletes, including the women's hockey team, taught me how to adjust high-level performance protocols for individuals. I also gained experience working with diverse populations, including those with autism and neuropathy, which shaped my belief that training is not just about moving weight, but about understanding the nervous system and the human story behind every client.
Today, I bring this 'scientist of fitness' approach to my clients in India. Whether we are doing velocity-based training or simple plyometrics, I want you to understand the 'why' behind the session. If you are looking for a trainer who treats your body with the same precision as an elite athlete's, let's connect. I am here to help you move better, get stronger, and understand your own physical limits.

I’m Pratyush. My journey took me from India to York University in Canada, where I immersed myself in the science of the human body to understand how we truly perform. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all programming; I believe in understanding the 'why' behind every rep so you can master your own movement.
