Injury Resilience and Recovery Coaching

Staying on the field requires more than grit. I integrate mobility, spinal decompression, and nervous system activation directly into your training to keep you playing longer.

Here, I am assisting an athlete with a myofascial stretch. This technique helps to release tension in the connective tissue, improving mobility and reducing the risk of muscle strains.

This video demonstrates the fluid unity of Myofascial Stretches for the Pec Minor and an ELDOA stretch for the T3-T4 vertebrae, designed to improve thoracic mobility and posture.

A look at my approach to lower back pain, combining Vestibular Rehab to work on the nervous system's balance centers and ELDOA stretches to decompress the spine.

A hands-on approach to wellness. I am applying gentle pressure to an athlete's neck during a specific stretch, guiding them into a position that releases tension and improves range of motion.

An athlete performs a guided stretch for the neck and upper back. These targeted movements are crucial for athletes, especially bowlers and batsmen who experience high rotational forces.

The Cross Crawl Superman is a fantastic exercise for spinal mobility and brain-body coordination. It engages both hemispheres of the brain, improving the body's ability to coordinate opposite limbs, which is fundamental to running and throwing.

About this collection

Most athletes wait for pain before they address it. My approach changes that by using ELDOA and myofascial release to create space in your joints and connective tissues before a niggle becomes a full-blown injury.

True strength is meaningless if you are sidelined by injury. My philosophy is simple: we assess, we adjust, and we recover proactively.

Instead of generic stretching, we use the ELDOA (Longitudinal Osteopathic Decoaptation) protocol to decompress the spine and create space within your joint capsules. When I work with bowlers or batsmen who deal with intense rotational forces, we don't just focus on the muscle; we target the fascia. Myofascial stretching releases tension in the connective tissue that standard static stretches often miss.

We also look at the nervous system. Vestibular rehabilitation is a huge part of my recovery work, as your inner ear balance system dictates how well your body handles coordination and pain signals. Whether you are dealing with chronic lower back pain or just looking to improve your movement economy, we use data to track your progress.

If you are an athlete or a high-performer, we build this resilience into your periodization blocks. You learn how to identify your own movement patterns early, so you can correct your form before potential issues arise. It is about becoming antifragile, not just healthy.

I'm Pratyush. My work combines Kinesiology with osteopathic techniques to ensure you stay in the game. I don't just look at sets and reps; I look at your nervous system and connective tissue to figure out why your body moves the way it does.
