About Corporate & Team Building Workshops
Why Pottery for Teams?
I see teams walk in stressed, and leave lighter. Pottery is a mix of madness and calm - you get messy, you laugh, and you make something real together. It’s not just another team outing. It’s about slowing down, connecting, and finding those small wins as a group.
What Happens in Our Workshops
- We ditch the usual office vibe. Everyone’s equal here - no boss, no intern, just hands in clay.
- You’ll try creative team bonding activities that spark new ideas and break the routine.
- The process is therapeutic. Clay forces you to focus, and you’ll notice how it helps people unwind.
- By the end, you’ve made something with your own hands. That feeling? It sticks.
How We Run It
- No art skills needed. I guide everyone, step by step.
- We bring all materials, and every piece gets fired in our kiln so it’s food-safe and microwave-safe.
- If you make something that’s not quite right, we recycle it. It’s about enjoying the process, not perfection.
Where It Happens
- You can come to our studio in Pali Hill, Bandra - it’s chill, green, and away from city chaos.
- Or, we bring the hands-on corporate workshops to your office. We set up everything, you just show up.
Who’s Been Here
Teams from Netflix, LinkedIn, LightboxVC, New Balance have all tried it. Some came for employee wellness through art, others just wanted a break. Either way, everyone left with a smile and a ceramic piece to take home.

My Story
Hi, I’m Rekha Goyal. Been playing with clay for 26 years now, and The Pottery Lab in Bandra is my little green escape from Mumbai’s chaos. Pottery for me is therapy - hands in mud, mind goes blank, just the wheel and you. People walk in nervous, but leave grinning with their own creation. We’ve built a community here - lots of laughs, some quiet afternoons, and over 8,000 stories spun on the wheel.
