Sundays at Plats are meant to be slow. We open our kitchen for an à la carte menu that travels from the streets of Vietnam to the comfort of a classic steak frites. No rushing, just flavors that make you want to linger.

Inspired by my travels in Vietnam, our Bánh Mì is all about harmony. A crispy baguette is filled with freshly grilled pork patties, pickled vegetables, and fresh herbs. It's available exclusively on our limited edition brunch menu.

My take on Steak and Frites for a lazy Sunday brunch. Char-grilled steak is served with a classic béarnaise sauce and house-made truffle potato crisps.
