Dining at Anvaya is an invitation to slow down. We moved away from the bustling city restaurant model to create something quieter at our Pavilion. Here, you will find Mediterranean-influenced flavours that rely on the quality of ingredients rather than complex techniques. We want you to feel nourished, not just full.

Our kitchen team prioritizes organic, seasonal produce. Because we are situated right next to the Asola Biosphere, we respect the rhythm of nature.
