About Sweet Jams & Creamy Spreads
Unlike our shelf-stable pickles, these spreads and jams are made without chemical preservatives. This means our creamy chicken spread and bacon butter require refrigeration the moment they arrive. We keep the batches small to ensure you get them as fresh as possible, so please check with me on current availability before ordering.
Everything here started in my home kitchen. When I say homemade, I mean it. I source real, seasonal fruits for the strawberry and orange preserves and use actual chicken chunks for the spreads rather than flavor extracts. You will notice the difference in texture immediately because we do not use thickeners or artificial colors. The bacon butter is a savory favorite for a quick toast, while our chorizo in a jar brings a punch of flavor without you needing to cook anything. Because we avoid sodium benzoate and other stabilizers, these jars have a shorter life than pickles. The jams last a bit longer if kept cool, but the savory spreads require refrigeration immediately. We ship these across India, but because they are perishable, we pack them carefully to survive the journey.
