Traditional chutneys and experimental jams, made in small batches in my Noida kitchen without any preservatives or artificial nasties.

Here I introduce two of my special jams. My Apple Jam is simple and pure, perfect for kids. The other is a Spiced Pear Jam with Chia Seeds, a healthy and delicious way to add superfoods to your diet.

This is my special Pilli Sarson ki Chutney, a fiery mustard sauce from Bihar. It's a multi-purpose chutney that is a great, preservative-free replacement for store-bought mustard sauce and goes wonderfully with both Indian and continental food.

A healthy and wholesome lunch plate featuring my Aam ki Mithi Chutney. This sweet mango chutney is made with organic jaggery, which gives it that beautiful dark colour and rich, natural sweetness.

A close-up of my Aam ki Mithi Chutney. It has a delightful sweet and sour taste, made with raw mango, jaggery, rock salt, and a hint of asafoetida. It's simple, pure, and delicious.

A jar of my classic Aam ki Mithi Chutney. This is a versatile condiment that pairs well with parathas, snacks, or as a side with any meal.

A freshly prepared jar of my Aam ki Mithi Chutney. You can see the rich, dark texture from the organic jaggery I use. No artificial colours or flavours, just pure homemade goodness.

My homemade pickle served with some crispy, fresh Ajwain Mathri. This is a perfect combination for an evening snack or when you have guests over.

About Our Homemade Jams & Chutneys

My Pilli Sarson ki Chutney is not just for parathas. It is a fiery mustard sauce that works beautifully as a clean-label alternative to store-bought mustard on burgers or pizzas. Try a little on your next sandwich; the kick is just right and it brings that sharp, authentic mustard flavour without the chemicals found in supermarket jars.

I believe that simplicity is the sign of perfection. My kitchen is a space where I balance traditional Indian recipes with experiments that fit modern, health-conscious lives.

Why I make my own Jams

Take my Spiced Pear and Chia Seed jam, for example. I started making this because I wanted to find a way to include healthy gut-friendly chia seeds in our daily diet. It is not just a spread; it is a way to get something good into your morning routine. My Apple Jam, on the other hand, is kept pure and simple, exactly the way kids love it.

The Chutney Philosophy

Chutneys are the soul of an Indian meal, and I refuse to cut corners here. For my Aam ki Mithi Chutney, I use organic gudd (jaggery) instead of refined sugar. It gives that deep, dark, rich colour and a sweetness that feels grounded rather than sharp. Everything I make is:

  • Preservative-free: I use traditional sun-cooking and maturation techniques.
  • Small-batch: I make these in limited quantities to ensure the freshness stays intact.
  • Transparent: What you see on the label is exactly what is inside the jar.

Whether you are looking for that thele wala (street-style) vibe for your evening snacks or a healthy jam for your children, these are all made with the same care I give my own family.
