About Upper Body Power

Most people struggle with pull-ups because they ignore scapular engagement. When we train, we use resistance bands and specific rowing variations to build that foundation before we ever force a rep. This ensures you build actual muscle density without the risk of rotator cuff tweaks, so you can keep showing up consistently, betta.
