About Mastering the Art: Techniques & Drills

We train in real-world conditions without cushioned studio mats. Whether you are at our Gyandeep School center in Sector 20 or Shishu Niketan in Sector 43, expect a rugged, high-energy environment. We focus on building the stamina and muscle memory required for effective self-defense and sparring, not just going through the motions.
