About Strength, Flexibility & Conditioning

We don't use fancy gym machines here. You will work on bodyweight drills like push-ups, ab exercises, and deep stretching on school grounds and hard floors. It is rugged, but it gets you fight-ready and helps prevent injury, whether you are a beginner or a veteran.

Building a Fighter’s Body

Martial arts is a discipline of the whole body. While many fitness programs focus only on aesthetics, our conditioning is designed for function. We train to ensure your body is the true shield.

Our sessions focus on three main pillars:

  • Conditioning (Stamina): We use high-intensity calisthenics, including heavy pad work, shadow boxing drills, and endurance circuits, to build the stamina required for Kumite and real-life self-defence.
  • Flexibility: Essential for high kicks and powerful stances. We guide students through systematic stretching to achieve full splits and improve range of motion. This is how you prevent injury when the intensity ramps up.
  • Core Strength: Abs and push-up drills are a staple in every class. A strong core is the foundation of every punch and block.

Where We Train

We keep it real. Training happens at our established dojos at Gyandeep School in Sector 20 and Shishu Niketan in Sector 43, Chandigarh. Expect a non-cushioned, practical environment. We train on hard floors and grassy grounds because a fighter needs to be adaptable, not just comfortable.

Our programs are designed for all levels. Whether you are a parent looking for a disciplined program for your child or an adult wanting to get combat-fit, we have a batch for you. We also provide specialized competition coaching if your goal is to compete at the national level.
