Intimate Engagement & Roka Decor
Stage & Backdrop Configuration
- Dimensions: Standard 8ft (Height) x 10ft (Width) wooden truss structure.
- Backdrop Material: Choice of personalized printed flex (Matte finish to prevent glare) OR solid pastel fabric draping (Polyester/Scuba).
- Floral Decor: One asymmetrical semi-arch or two corner bunches on the backdrop.
- Flower Types: Mix of local roses, carnations, gerberas, and seasonal fillers like statice or gypsophila.
- Signage: Hanging acrylic or neon signage (e.g., 'Better Together') mounted on the backdrop.
Furniture & Props
- Couple Seating: One premium 2-seater sofa (Tufted Chesterfield or Victorian style in White/Beige).
- Stage Flooring: Clean Red or Beige carpet for the platform.
Entrance & Lighting
- Welcome Display: Wooden easel stand with a 18x24 inch personalized foam-board sign and base floral cluster.
- Stage Lighting: 4 to 6 LED PAR cans placed at the base to wash the backdrop in warm or amber light.
Outdoor 'Fairy Tale' Lawn Decor
Ceremonial Mandap / Arch
- Structure: 10ft x 10ft 4-pillar Gazebo or Hexagonal Arch.
- Styling: Pillars wrapped in sheer flowy fabrics (White/Peach/Pastel).
- Floral Header: Heavy floral arrangement on the top frame using a mix of real flowers (60%) and high-quality artificial wisteria/foliage (40%).
- Seating: Two Haveli-style chairs or a low-seating bench.
Aisle & Walkway
- Runway: 40ft to 50ft carpet (Green synthetic turf or Red carpet).
- Petals: Approx. 5-8 kg of rose petals scattered loosely along the path.
- Markers: 6 to 8 decorative pedestals or shepherd hooks lining the aisle, topped with floral bouquets or lanterns.
Lighting & Ambience

Entrance Tunnel & Walkway
- Tunnel Structure: 10-15ft long fabric tunnel draping at the hall entrance.

- Main Seating: Grand Gold-finish Wedding Sofa (3-seater) or Traditional Swing (Oonjal).
