We plan and decorate birthdays, weddings, and custom theme parties with heartfelt dedication. Our goal is to handle every detail so you can relax and be a guest at your own event.

This grand entrance for Vihaan's pastel carnival party is one of my favorite setups. We built a full circus tent facade with classic marquee lights to welcome guests into a world of fun and wonder. It's all about creating that 'wow' moment from the second you arrive.

For Kaashni's unicorn party, we created a complete dreamscape in pastel pinks, purples, and yellows. The setup features a rainbow balloon arch, custom character cutouts, and themed pedestals for the cake and desserts, making it a perfect photo backdrop.

I love transforming a space completely. For this 'Under the Sea' party, we created an immersive underwater walkway with flowing ceiling drapes, hanging jellyfish, and sea-themed decor to make guests feel like they were diving into the ocean.

A safari theme is always a hit for a first birthday. This collage shows how we tie the theme together across different elements, from the personalized 'My Gold Year' milestone board to the balloon arch entrance and the main 'Wild One' dessert table.

We transformed this beautiful outdoor venue into an enchanted fairy garden. The main stage was designed to look like a magical cottage, surrounded by lush greenery, giant mushrooms, and whimsical lighting to create a truly special atmosphere.

Ahana's 'Onederland' party was a journey down the rabbit hole. The main table setup featured giant 'ONE' letters, a checkerboard floor, and tons of custom props like the grinning Cheshire Cat and a giant teacup, bringing the storybook to life.

For little boss Yuvaan's first birthday, we went with a sharp and modern 'Boss Baby' theme. The setup included layered blue backdrops, a light-up arch shaped like a suit, and custom props like a money bag and briefcase to complete the look.

A baby shower is such a special milestone. For this 'We Can Bearly Wait' theme, we used a soft color palette of pink, blue, and gold, with a custom backdrop, balloon garlands, and adorable teddy bear details to celebrate the parents-to-be.

This outdoor dinosaur theme was so much fun to create. We used bright, friendly colors and cute dinosaur cutouts to make it feel playful and exciting for a 'One-O-Saurus' birthday, complete with a custom dessert table and name blocks.

I believe in creating a complete world for your child to step into. This 'Alice in Onederland' setup shows how I use large custom backdrops, themed props like giant mushrooms and character cutouts, and personalized name blocks to make the main stage a breathtaking centerpiece.

The magic should start the moment your guests arrive. For this enchanted forest party, I designed a grand entrance path with glowing floral lights, string lanterns, and balloon clusters to guide everyone into a fairytale world, transforming this beautiful backyard space.

A 'Wild One' safari party is always a favorite. I focus on creating a fun and friendly jungle atmosphere with life-sized animal props like a giraffe and elephant, a custom jeep-shaped table for the cake, and balloon garlands that match the safari color palette.

For the little boss in your life, this Boss Baby theme is all about sharp details. I used a cool blue and black color scheme, custom backdrops with layered arches for depth, and fun props like a light-up number '1' and money bags to bring the movie's playful corporate vibe to life.

I love how lighting can completely change a space. For this pastel carnival party, a canopy of fairy lights and a colorful balloon arch with giant toy soldiers created a magical entryway, setting a spectacular tone for the evening celebration.

Creating an action-packed fighter jet theme was such a thrill. The setup included a dynamic backdrop showing jets in the sky, balloon clouds, and custom props like a light-up number '8' and model airplanes to make the birthday boy feel like a top pilot.

Nothing makes me happier than seeing the birthday child enjoy the world I've built for them. This sweet moment from a Winnie the Pooh party, with the birthday boy sitting right in front of the decor, is why I pour my heart into every detail.

This outdoor unicorn party was a pastel dream. I used a large rainbow-arched backdrop, fluffy balloon clouds, and cute unicorn cutouts to create a magical setting. The open space at the farmhouse venue was perfect for this theme.

Before Party-cipate, I spent years planning and decorating kids' birthdays in-house at a sports arena venue here in Bangalore. That's where I learnt to run an event start to finish, so the family doesn't miss the fun. Because yaar, you should be a guest at your own event!
