Bridal Shower & Bachelorette Setup
Backdrop & Photo Corner
- Structure: One 6ft x 6ft backdrop setup (choice of circular mesh frame or curtain drape).
- Balloon Installation: Organic semi-arch or L-shaped garland using metallic, pastel, and chrome balloons (approx. 100-150 balloons). Includes theme-specific foil balloons like Diamond Ring or Champagne Bottle.
- Signage: One personalized welcome board placed on a wooden easel stand, decorated with artificial floral vines or feather boas.
- Lighting: LED fairy lights intertwined with the backdrop or curtain.
Cake & Gift Table Styling
- Furniture: Styling of one display table (provider brings linen). Includes premium sequins or satin table runner.
- Decor Props: Tassel garlands hanging from the table front. Placement of 2-3 decorative props such as vintage birdcages or artificial flower vases.
- Cake Display: One ceramic or metal cake stand on rental basis.
Add-ons
- Photo Props: Set of 10-12 handheld placard props.
- Detailing: Rose gold or Silver confetti sprinkled on the table.
Traditional Banana Leaf & Floral Decor
The Main Backdrop (8ft x 8ft)
- Base: Full coverage backdrop created using fresh green banana leaves layered and pinned on a ply backing.
- Floral Header: A thick top border (approx. 6-8 inches width) made of fresh flowers, typically a combination of red roses, white tuberoses, and green fillers.
- Floral Hangings: 12-15 vertical strings of fresh tuberose buds with rose tips hanging against the banana leaves.
Ceremonial Seating
- Furniture: Rental of two traditional, intricately carved low-wooden chairs or a wooden swing (subject to venue hooks).
- Carpet: Red or beige rug for the seating area.
Aisle & Floor Aesthetics
- Brass Decor: One large brass Urli and two smaller brass pots placed at the foot of the stage.
- Floral Fillers: Urlis filled with fresh water and floating marigold or rose petals.
- Entrance: Two standard brass lamp stands (oil and wick to be provided by client).
Premium Engagement Stage Decor
Stage Backdrop (10ft - 12ft Width)
- Draping: Double-layered fabric backdrop in pastel shades (White, Ivory, Peach, or Lavender) with gathered pleating.
- Floral Installation: One large asymmetrical floral arch (L-shaped or Semi-circle). Composition includes a blend of fresh flowers (Roses, Carnations) and high-quality silk florals.
- Lighting: 4-6 LED PAR cans for stage uplighting and hanging elements like Edison bulbs or floral strings.
Furniture & Props
- Couple Seating: One premium 2-seater sofa (Love Seat) in beige, white, or gold finish (Chesterfield or Tufted style).
- Side Decor: Two pedestal stands placed on either side of the sofa, topped with matching floral bouquets in vases.
- Carpet: White or beige stage carpeting to cover the platform (up to 120 sq ft).
Signage
- Backdrop Text: Laser-cut acrylic or gold thermocol lettering attached to the backdrop (e.g., Couple's Hashtag or 'Engaged').

This is where the shaadi (wedding) madness starts. I set up dreamy floral wedding arches, soft fabric backdrops with jasmine strings, and mood lighting that makes everyone look good. There’s always a comfy spot for the couple - not just for photos, but for those long family greetings.
Haldi & Mehendi Fun
Yellow genda phool (marigold) strings, brass urlis (flower pots), and a bright, classic vibe for your Haldi. For Mehendi, it’s all about mehendi stage decoration with bold florals, colourful tassels, and comfy lounges for your squad. If you’ve got a South Indian Pellikuthru, I go all out with banana leaves and fresh garlands.
The Bride Tribe Moments
Bachelorette and bridal shower setups are meant to be Instagrammable and fun. I put together custom bachelorette backdrops, balloon arches, cheeky signage, and photo props so you and your gang get those perfect #TeamBride shots.
