Compact Terrace & Home Decor
Backdrop & Stage Setup
- Dimensions: 8ft x 8ft compact backdrop suitable for terraces or living rooms.
- Structure: Wooden lattice screen or draped frame with polyester mix fabric in pastel or bright tones.
- Props: Rustic cluster setup including 4-6 stacked wooden crates, 2-3 white decorative metal birdcages, and vintage-style lanterns.
- Florals: High-density artificial floral runners (roses/carnations) draped over the backdrop and props. Minimal fresh marigolds added upon request.
Guest Seating
- Chairs: 30 standard banquet chairs (plastic/metal frame).
- Linens: White satin slipcovers with colored organza sashes (Gold, Pink, or Blue) tied in a bow.
Lighting & Ambiance
- Overhead: 4-6 strings of warm white fairy lights or tungsten-look hanging drops to create a canopy effect.
- Focus Light: 2 LED Par cans to illuminate the backdrop for photographs.
Logistics & Manpower
- Transport: Small commercial vehicle for delivery and pickup within city limits.
- Crew: Setup by a team of 3 staff; setup time approx. 2-3 hours.
- Consumables: Includes all taping, safety pins, and extension cords (up to 10 meters).
Outdoor Garden Event Setup
Entrance & Photo Zone
- Archway: 1 Wooden square or hexagonal arch draped with sheer white georgette fabric.
- Florals: Two large bunches of mixed artificial and fresh foliage corners on the arch.
- Signage: Personalized Welcome easel board with floral accent.
Dining & Seating Configuration
- Premium Seating: 70-80 Metal Gold Chiavari chairs with white cushion pads.
- Chair Detail: Vertical drape tie-backs in chiffon (Pink/Peach).

Hall & Aisle Styling
- Entrance: 10ft Tunnel or heavy Floral Arch with fairy light wrapping.
