Hand-Painted Portraits & Custom Figures
Every face carries a story. I bring these stories to life on canvas or wall, using only my brushes and oil-based enamels. No computers, no prints—just authentic, hand-painted art.
A serene painting of a woman at a ghat, performing a ritual. This piece captures a quiet, spiritual moment in a traditional Indian setting.
A portrait of the freedom fighter Chandra Shekhar Azad, painted in a bold, graphic style against a black background to make the figure stand out.
Another portrait of Chandra Shekhar Azad, this time against a solid red background, giving the painting a powerful and revolutionary feel.

A complex composition titled "Peacock & Fish," featuring multiple figures in a style reminiscent of classic Indian painting, combined with my signature typography.
The painting process for the "modern goddess" piece, showing the layering of colors on the figure and the elephant.
This video shows the initial stages of the modern goddess painting, starting with the outline sketch on the canvas.
About Hand-Painted Portraits & Figures
I do not use digital projectors. I use the traditional gridding method to scale your reference image by hand onto the canvas or wall. This ensures the proportions are perfect while the oil-based enamel gives the portrait a depth and texture that digital prints simply cannot match.
My work follows the classic style of painting that I have practiced for years in Old Delhi. When you commission a portrait, you get more than just a painting; you get the result of manual effort.
The Process
For portraits and detailed figures, I use a grid system to map out your reference image. Whether it is a hero from the past, a spiritual figure, or a loved one, I use artist-grade oil paints to ensure the colors stay vibrant. Because I paint by hand, you will see the texture of the brushstrokes if you look closely—this is the 'real' touch that makes my art different from a photo or a print.
Durability and Care
These murals and portraits are built to last. I use high-quality synthetic enamel which is weather-resistant and wipeable. For outdoor walls, this means the art stays strong against the Delhi climate. For indoor portraits or canvas work, the colors remain sharp for years without fading.
What I Need From You
To get the best result, clear reference photos are essential. Since I am scaling these by hand, the higher the quality of your photo, the better I can capture the expressions. If you have a specific mood in mind—like a vintage film poster style or a more realistic approach—let me know before I start the first sketch. Everything is hand-painted from start to finish, and I pour my energy into every stroke.
