Featured Hand-Painted Murals & Custom Signage
A selection of my hand-painted work, from bold truck-art signage to detailed portraits. Everything here is pure brushwork, designed to bring colour and a personal story to your space.
This large, detailed painting for 'Villa Bam Bam' is a perfect example of my style. It combines bold 3D lettering, vibrant portraits of deities, and modern figures, all framed with intricate, colorful patterns inspired by Indian truck art.
I had the honor of painting this entire school building for the STart India Foundation. This large-scale mural project turned the building into a bright, educational, and inspiring piece of public art for the community.
A hand-painted recreation of the classic "Bombay to Goa" movie poster. I specialize in capturing the nostalgic feel of old Bollywood cinema, perfect for a feature wall in a cafe, restaurant, or home.
This piece, created for Better Letters Magazine, showcases my skill in both English and Urdu typography. The vibrant colors and 3D effect make the lettering pop, blending traditional calligraphy with a modern, graphic style.
A hand-painted portrait of Mahatma Gandhi, framed with decorative borders and his message, "Be Happy & Do Happy". I create portraits of iconic figures that carry a powerful and positive feeling.
Watch my brush bring this custom sign to life. Every color, line, and shadow is done by hand, showing the process and care that goes into creating a unique piece of truck art style lettering.
Here I am with my happy clients from Brazil, holding the custom sign I created for their travel company. I enjoy working with international clients to bring a piece of authentic Indian art to their projects.
About this collection
Every piece you see here starts with a direct sketch on your wall, no computers or projectors involved. Because I use oil-based synthetic enamels, the work is highly durable and weather-resistant, making it perfect for both indoor feature walls and outdoor signage. The only thing you need to provide is the surface, and if it is high up, just a bit of scaffolding.
My work is rooted in the tradition of Old Delhi, but it finds a home anywhere. Whether you want the vibrant, chaotic energy of Indian truck art for a cafe, or a precise, hand-lettered Urdu or Hindi sign for your shop, I bring the same focus to the brushstroke.
Why Choose Hand-Painted?
Unlike printed vinyl, hand-painted art has depth, texture, and a living quality. When I paint a portrait, a piece of typography, or a floral border, I am not just filling a space. I am making a statement that lasts. My murals typically have an outdoor life of 5-7 years and can last over a decade indoors.
The Process
- Consultation: We discuss the vibe, the text, and the language (Urdu, Hindi, English, Sanskrit, or Farsi).
- Sketching: I sketch directly onto your wall. You see the layout before a single drop of paint touches the surface.
- Painting: I use high-quality synthetic enamel paints. These are glossy, wipeable, and hold their colour against the Indian weather.
Where My Art Fits
My style is eclectic. I combine the nostalgia of old-school Bollywood movie posters with the bold, geometric rules of truck art. I have painted school buildings for the STart India Foundation, cafe walls, and private homes. I also create life-sized cut-outs for events and festivals if you need something portable. If you have a blank wall that feels too quiet, let me add some colour and character to it.
