Self-Defense and Fitness Workshops for Groups
Scaling the discipline. I take my martial arts and fitness philosophy out of the studio and into classrooms, colleges, and communities to build collective resilience and strength.
I am proud to bring my self-defense and fitness training to larger communities. This was a defense training camp I conducted for the students at MES Engineering College, equipping them with practical skills and mental resilience.

My Approach to Workshops
I do not believe in mass-production education. Whether I am at a campus in Kuttipuram or conducting a seminar in Bangalore, I prioritize manual corrections and individual engagement. The goal is to ignite chankootam—that deep-seated courage that helps people stand their ground, whether in a physical confrontation or in the daily struggles of life.
