Scaling the discipline. I take my martial arts and fitness philosophy out of the studio and into classrooms, colleges, and communities to build collective resilience and strength.

I am proud to bring my self-defense and fitness training to larger communities. This was a defense training camp I conducted for the students at MES Engineering College, equipping them with practical skills and mental resilience.

This is a group photo from one of my large scale personality and fitness development workshops. It is always powerful to see a large community of people come together with the shared goal of self improvement.

Discipline, scaled. Here, I am leading a large group of uniformed school students in a mass meditation session. Teaching focus and mental strength to the next generation is a responsibility I take very seriously.
