Yoga for Strength & Discipline (Adults)
I treat yoga as a martial art for the mind and body. My adult classes focus on foundational asanas to build real power, balance, and flexibility, pushing your limits regardless of your starting point. We also integrate meditation and mindfulness to build the mental toughness, or 'chankootam', that is essential for growth.
Young Warriors Program
Discipline and confidence start early. My program for kids combines the focus of yoga and meditation with the energy of karate to build a strong foundation for life. We work on flexibility, strength, and coordination in a structured and encouraging environment.
Workshops & Community Training
I extend my training philosophy to larger groups through specialized workshops and camps for schools, colleges, and communities. These sessions are designed to deliver impactful lessons in self-defense, fitness, and mental resilience on a larger scale.
