About Our Community & Training Camps
When you train alone, you might stop at ten push-ups. When you train within our community at the Theyyangad Dojo or our corporate camps, you will do twenty because the person next to you is working just as hard. That collective energy is what we build here. It is not just about weight loss; it is about standing in a line of people who are fighting for the same goal.
Training with Purpose
My training camps are not about looking good in the mirror. They are about building the discipline to show up when you do not want to. Whether it is a school program in Ponnani, a corporate workshop in Bangalore, or our daily sessions in Edappal and Naduvattom, the focus remains the same: mental and physical toughness.
What Happens at Our Camps
- Collective Strength: We use group-synchronized drills—push-ups, lunges, and sit-ups—where everyone moves together. This builds a sense of accountability.
- Combat Cardio: My sessions incorporate shadow boxing and martial arts drills. You learn to move with intent and agility, not just repetitive motion.
- Real-World Skills: In our self-defense workshops, we focus on scenarios. You learn how to react, assess, and defend, grounded in the reality of the street rather than the theory of a textbook.

I don’t care about your starting point. I care about your willingness to put in the work. Our camps welcome everyone—from school children who need to learn focus and respect, to corporate teams looking to shake off the sedentary lifestyle.
