Martial Arts and Fitness Training
I built this academy from zero, and I teach you to do the same—starting from the ground up. Whether you are here for karate, Kalari, or high-intensity functional training, you are joining a team that builds strength, discipline, and the guts to face any challenge.
This is the energy we bring to every session. In my high-intensity group classes, we use cardio drills like step aerobics to build endurance and push each other to the next level. We train as one.
Discipline in action. Here, my adult batch works on functional strength with synchronized incline push-ups. It's about building power and training in unison as a team.
Strength has no age limit. I start training my kids with foundational exercises like these bar hangs to build grip, core stability, and the resilience they need for life.

This is what dedication looks like. I guide my students to improve their flexibility and strength, helping them achieve poses and a level of fitness they never thought possible.
My training goes beyond the academy walls. Here is a group photo from a large-scale self-defense training camp I conducted for the students at MES Engineering College in Kuttippuram.
Fitness is about balancing the body and mind. I also lead dedicated yoga sessions that focus on improving flexibility, posture, and mental focus for a holistic approach to well-being.

We use a no-nonsense approach, whether we are working through high-rep step aerobics on custom wooden blocks or synchronized push-ups on our dojo mats. My training philosophy is simple: discipline and consistency. I don't believe in fancy equipment that does the work for you. In my sessions, the equipment is your own bodyweight, the environment is a well-ventilated, no-frills dojo, and the result is genuine physical and mental toughness.

- For Ladies: My morning batches are a safe, dedicated space. We focus on toning, fat burning, and flexibility, with diet coaching that helps you make real choices rather than starving yourself.
- For Fitness Enthusiasts: If you want to push your limits, our high-intensity functional training includes burpees, jump squats, and combat cardio drills.
The Approach
I also handle the nutrition side of things. You cannot out-train a bad diet, so I guide you on how to eat for your specific goals, whether that is weight loss or building muscle. When you join, you aren't just paying for access to a floor—you are getting a coach who watches your form, corrects your posture, and expects you to show up. We don't go looking for a fight, but we train you to be the weapon if you ever need to stand your ground. This is discipline, this is spirit, and this is where you start.
