- Instructor: Certified Senior Black Belt (2nd or 3rd Dan).
- Curriculum: Full White to Black Belt progression including Stances (Kihon), Forms (Kata), and Sparring (Kumite).
- Duration: 60 minutes per session.

- Strength: Bodyweight conditioning (Knuckle pushups, squats, core).
- Flexibility: Instructor-assisted PNF stretching for high kicks.
- Routine: Dedicated injury prevention warm-up and cool-down.

- Environment: Functional dojo with 25mm EVA mats or turf and natural ventilation.
- Gear Access: Focus mitts, kicking shields, and heavy bags.

Single Personal Training Session
Session Details
- Format: Single 60-minute private class.
- Instructor: Certified Black Belt.
- Customization: Tailored to immediate needs (e.g., Self-defense basics, specific kick correction, or fitness).
Facility Access
- Training Floor: Full usage of dojo mats/turf and striking equipment (Bags/Pads).
- Amenities: Changing rooms and RO drinking water.
Usage Cases
- Trial: Evaluate the instructor teaching style before committing to a package.
- Correction: Focused technical fix for belt grading hurdles.
Chief Instructor Exclusive Session

- Technique: Kata Bunkai (hidden applications) and pressure points.
- Weapons: Introduction or correction for Bo Staff and Nunchaku (equipment provided).

My Story
Hey, we’re OSK Academy. Been at this karate game for 30+ years, but every day’s fresh. Our chief, Renshi Sajesh, just got WKF coach creds in UAE - big deal for us! Nothing beats seeing a little one go from shy to bold, or handing out a new belt. Gold medals? Sure, but it’s all about Team OSK, every student matters, no matter their age or skill.
My Work
Karate & Martial Arts Training - We teach Okinawa Shorin-Ryu, sports karate, kata, kumite, judo, kobudo, and freestyle acrobatics.
Kids & Adult Classes - Kids karate classes start from age 4; adults (ladies and gents) join anytime. Beginners and advanced, all welcome.
Personal Training & Self-Defense - Personal sessions available, plus self-defense for women and fitness-focused batches.
Progress & Competitions - Regular belt grading, and we host national karate championships so students can show what they’ve got.
