A fly-through rendering of our competition entry for the Maharashtra Cricket Academy in Pune. The video shows the overall master plan, including the stadium, hotel, and extensive landscaped public areas.

A key feature of our MCA Pune proposal was transforming the multi-level parking structure into a series of accessible terraced gardens. This turns a purely functional building into a vibrant green space for public enjoyment.

Inspired by the site's dramatic slope to the sea, our Dona Paula masterplan features a series of tropical roofs that appear to fly out of the mountain. The design follows the natural contours, creating a low-rise development that blends organically with the terrain.15
The streetscape of the Kolgaon Masterplan is designed for people, not just cars. We created a low-rise, high-density environment with pedestrian pathways, social greens, and community-focused spaces that connect residents to each other and the outdoors.
