I don't believe in restrictive dieting for young athletes. I believe in performance. Whether it is a swimming club in Bengaluru or a cricket academy, the goal remains the same: teach them how to eat for their sport. We also do direct 'Myth Busting' sessions to clarify why protein shakes aren't villains and why real food always comes first.
