Bharatanatyam is more than just steps to me; it is a bond with my students and the beautiful, growing Nrithyakuteera family we have built here in Bengaluru.

A candid moment of happiness. I believe that when life gives you a hundred reasons to cry, you must show it you have a thousand reasons to smile.

Sometimes you just have to pose! A fun reel celebrating my love for sarees and the joy of dressing up. This beautiful blouse has a hand-painted Krishna theme.

A small abhinaya piece for Krishna Janmashtami, depicting the playful 'Makhan Chor' or butter thief, Krishna. Dance is a beautiful way to celebrate our festivals.

A quiet moment of reflection. Sometimes, I find inspiration not just in dance, but in the silence and beauty of nature and ancient sculptures.

A simple reminder to smile. A little bit of 'nagu' (smile in Kannada) can brighten anyone's day.

A quick selfie moment, all dressed up in traditional attire. The joy of being a dancer is in both the grand performances and these small, happy moments.

Revealing the logo for our dance school, Nrithyakuteera. It represents our home, an abode of knowledge where the tradition of Bharatanatyam is nurtured and passed on.

Another cherished moment with my Guru, Kittu Sir. His blessings are a constant source of guidance and inspiration in my life.

Feeling blessed and grateful in the presence of my Guru. The Guru-Shishya bond is a connection that nourishes the soul.

A closer look at the Kalayogi award citation. It's a humbling reminder of the responsibility to carry the art form forward with integrity.

About A Glimpse Into My World

This is not just a dance studio, but a place where we live and breathe art. Whether we are perfecting adavus, planning a Rangapravesha, or simply sharing a laugh and making reels between rehearsals, my goal is to create an environment where my students feel at home. I believe that discipline in Bharatanatyam grows best when paired with love, support, and the genuine Guru-Shishya bond that my own Guru, Kittu Sir, taught me.
