Authentic ingredients sourced directly from Northeast hill farms for your kitchen in Ejipura and Koramangala.

A fresh batch of Bhut Jolokia, also known as ghost peppers. I source both the green and red varieties, perfect for making authentic Naga chilli chutney or adding serious heat to any dish.

These are Yongchak, or stink beans, a key ingredient in Manipuri cuisine. Their pungent, unique flavor is essential for dishes like Eromba and Singju.

Freshly foraged fiddlehead ferns, known as Dhekia Xaak in Assamese. These are a seasonal delicacy, best when stir-fried simply to retain their crisp texture and earthy taste.

A mix of small, round eggplants, including green and purple varieties. These are perfect for adding to stews, curries, or roasting for chutneys.

Fresh bamboo shoots, sliced and ready for cooking. This saves you preparation time and is a staple for many Northeast Indian recipes, adding a distinct flavor and crunch.

My stock changes weekly based on what arrives from the hills. Everything here is seasonal, so if you see something you need, ask me now before the current batch runs out.

Finding real Northeast ingredients in Bangalore is difficult. My goal is simple: to provide the specific produce you miss from home. This featured collection includes the staples and rare finds that I source frequently for local customers.

Seasonal Sourcing

Because I source directly from hill farms, I do not have a static menu. Items like Yongchak (stink beans) or fiddlehead ferns appear only when the season allows. You will not find hybrid, mass-market versions here. You get the authentic varieties—like the small, pungent eggplants or the specific bamboo shoots needed for traditional curries.

How I Deliver

I keep things in 'wet market' condition. My leafy greens and herbs often come with roots and soil intact. This keeps them alive and fresh for longer during transit. You will need to wash and clean these items before cooking, just as you would back home.
