Fruits & Chillies

Here you will find the signature heat and tang of Northeast cuisine. I source authentic Bhut Jolokia (ghost peppers) and seasonal sour fruits like Tamarillo and Amla.

Unique & Foraged Items

This section contains special, often foraged, ingredients that are hard to find elsewhere. Availability is seasonal and includes items like fiddlehead ferns, bamboo shoots, and various edible flowers and stems.
