All aboard the flavour wave with my magnificent Sushi Boat. This is more than just food; it's a showstopper designed to be the centerpiece of your celebration. Each roll is crafted with fresh, vibrant vegetarian ingredients, making it a hit for all sushi lovers.

Imagine the rich, creamy goodness of classic Dal Makhani transformed into an interactive fondue. I serve this comforting dish with crispy roti bits for dipping, creating a fusion starter that is always a crowd-pleaser at house parties and pre-wedding functions.

I love creating themed culinary experiences, and this Mexican fiesta setup is one of my favourites. From the vibrant decor to the flavour-packed grazing table featuring everything from tacos to zesty salads, I can bring any theme to life for your event.

My dessert platters are designed to be the grand finale of your feast. This festive board is a symphony of sweets, featuring exotic dragon fruit, rich chocolate brownies, golden waffles, and fresh strawberries, ensuring there's a delightful treat for every guest.

This dish is close to my heart, blending heritage with innovation. My Kathal Haleem Tostadas feature the rich, slow-cooked flavour of jackfruit haleem on a crisp, golden tostada. It’s a single bite that tells a story of tradition and modern culinary art.
