Giving a fresh twist to the street flavours you grew up with. From bite-sized classics to fusion canapés, these dishes are designed to keep the conversation flowing at any party.

I bring you delicacies from around the world, and sometimes, from our own streets with a twist. This is my Mini Pao & Bhaji, served elegantly in small cups and saucers. It's a bite-sized version of the Mumbai classic, perfect for sophisticated snacking.

This is the canapé of our dreams: my Avocado Bhel Papdi. I top a crispy papdi with a zesty avocado mixture and pomegranate seeds, creating a fusion snack that combines the creaminess of guacamole with the crunch and tang of Indian street food.

My Vegetable Crystal Dimsums are as beautiful as they are delicious. The translucent wrappers show off the colorful, finely chopped vegetables inside. I serve them with a homemade sweet chili jam for the perfect balance of flavors.

A simple yet elegant appetizer perfect for any celebration. These are my avocado toast canapés, featuring creamy mashed avocado on toasted baguette slices, garnished with delicate edible flowers. They are always a crowd-pleaser.

Sometimes, you just crave a classic. This graphic celebrates the irresistible taste of a hot, crispy samosa served with mint and tamarind chutneys. I make sure my samosas have the perfect filling and a crunchy, non-greasy crust.

About Modern Indian Bites

When I design these appetizers, I prioritize the guest experience of holding and eating while mingling. Take my Mini Pao & Bhaji or the Avocado Bhel Papdi; these are not just smaller portions of heavy meals. They are re-engineered to be clean and easy to manage, ensuring your guests enjoy authentic street-style comfort without needing a sit-down table.
