About Live Food Stations
Bringing a live food station to your event is all about making food part of the fun, not just something people eat and forget. I use Chef Nita Mehta’s classic recipes and mix them up with modern, interactive setups so guests get something memorable and a little hatke (different).
What To Expect
- Full station setup, totally matching your party’s vibe - we’re talking decor, counter, everything.
- Chefs and staff handle all the cooking and serving, so you chill with your guests.
- We haul in all the equipment - tawa, tandoor, whatever the menu needs.
- Proper crockery and cutlery, not those flimsy disposables.
Signature Stations
- Live chaat station with twists like Avocado Papdi Chaat, Chole Bhature Bombs, or classic Matra Kulcha made fresh in front of your guests.
- South Indian counter - fresh, crispy Appams with the fillings you want.
- Tandoor barbecue catering - live grill, hot snacks, perfect for winter evenings.
- Global bites - Lebanese Shawarma Bar, wood-fired pizzas, and more.
The Extra Edge
- Want something wild? Try our fusion food experience - like Pao Bhaji Fondue, or a moving Food on Wheels cart with rotating starters.
- We’re ready for any crowd, from 20 to 500, and any kind of scene - shaadi, mehendi, birthdays, or just a chill get-together.
Food isn’t just food here. It’s a show, a mood, and a little bit of magic at your event.
